Standard shipping charges are currently based on the merchandise subtotal:

• Merchandise subtotal of $49.00 or more: free standard shipping.
• Merchandise subtotal below $49.00: $5.99 standard shipping.

7. Taxes

Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected based on the transaction, products, shipping address, and applicable tax rules.

8. Payments

We may cancel or hold an order where a payment cannot be successfully verified or completed.

9. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour after placing an order.

Cancellation is not guaranteed if fulfillment has already started, the order has been submitted to a supplier, or merchandise has shipped.

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the amount paid for the cancelled order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected on that order, will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, damaged merchandise, incorrect items, missing items, delivered-but-not-received claims, refund eligibility, return shipping costs, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

For eligible ordinary returns, customers must generally request authorization within 3 calendar days after recorded delivery.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless the return results from an issue that we determine should be handled at our expense or applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method.

11. Delivery Estimates

Most orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days of carrier transit time.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, supplier delays, address problems, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Security

We may use reasonable measures to prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, account abuse, automated abuse, security threats, and misuse of our services.
